You can have your ten commandments, not like any of you follow of them, but whatever. 
This country was not built to embrace your theocracy though, so any buildings or property that are used for public services or governmental purposes should not be in any way linked to religion.

Besides if we would have to hang some idiotic rules from all religions on the school walls, there would be no space for anything else.
