An idea for a short story, possibly a series?
Ok, so last night I had a dream that gave me an idea of a story to write. To put it simply, the story would take place in a mythical world and is basically about these two werewolves, Sloane and (undecided male name) trying to get to this Utopian world for wolves called Arcadia. Meanwhile, the humans are trying to hunt down every last wolf, so Sloane and the other guy would be avoiding death most of the time. Oh, and of course, there is a slight romance between the two :)
Anyway, what do you think? Should I pursue this story? Ideas on how to make it better? The title of the story would be Arcadia, and if i wanted to, i could make it into at least a two book series. Please, your feedback is greatly appreciated!
B2WM haha yea, i think thats actually where i think my dream came from. But, yea, I will try to keep it clear of wolfs rain, and thanks for the tip on Wolf and Spice

Well, as long as you can take it in a different direction from Wolf's Rain, you might have a potential story... Of course, one of my favorite things about that series is that the humans, even the one most determined to kill every last wolf, are not one-note evil characters. Screw-ups? Sure, but they've got reasons for their pursuit of the pack on the path to Paradise.
Source(s): It's even a two-book manga, funnily enough... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LUYhbo9-Jo And should I mention Wolf and Spice? Holo's not as close to the precis you gave as Tsume and Toboe, but good things to be aware of... - 9 years ago
yah, but how would you make it into a series? The plot only really feels like it's fit in one or two books. Maybe if you added more characters and plot twists, you could stretch it out.
