What you are looking for is the SSID - the name of the network. Most routers have the option of hiding it. Once hidden, you can't see it, but if you have already connected to it in the past, the computer will remember.
On one of the computers that connect.
Start ->run cmd
you will get a command line.
enter ipconfig /all
Read the output and find the ip address of the DEFAULT GATEWAY
start up a web browser and enter the address (e.g. 192.168.1.0) into the address bar at the top left - NOT the search area (google, bing, yahoo)
You will get a logon screen.
Default username admin
default password admin
go through the wireless setting and look for "broadcast SSID" and turn it on.
Don't forget to turn it off when you're finished - stops amateur hackers having a go.
