does anyone know a good lawyer that will go against medical staff for a suit for malpractice?

not only malpractice but neglect, assault, discrimination too

    If you want to find a lawyer in in California that specializes in malpractice suits, you can go to the CA State Bar Association for their listing of attorneys in good standing. You will have to contact the lawyers individually to find out if they will take your case based on the facts and evidence available.

    yes i do................. but i also understand what is and is NOT malpractice, neglect, assault, and discrimination... do you?

    if you really have a valid claim about any of these issues you would not have any problem finding a good lawyer to take your case...

    EDIT:

    i have NOT insulted you or your intelligence, the MAJORITY of those who use Y!A and for that matter the US do NOT know what is and is NOT discrimination, malpractice, etcetera..... what you think they are and what the LAW defines them as are most likely totally different....
