What year AND DAY did the War on Drugs and the War on Terror begin?

In all of the terror events that were prevented and those that have actually happened since 1968, how many were initiated and enacted by Christians? Jewish persons? all others?

June 1971: Nixon officially declares a "war on drugs," identifying drug abuse as "public enemy No. 1."

Iraq War and U.S. Global War on Terror began in 2003, when the US invaded Iraq & Bush called the country 'one of the axis of evil' along with Iran & north Korea.

Giving the international community the impression the US just has to be a war with someone or something. They can't focus without a common enemy.

Theres not a real 'date' but I think it started to be more publicised after 9/11, then the Madrid and London bombing, and countless others, the war in terror started on 9/11 mainly for the reason the whole world was shocked and outraged at the events.
