Congress has blocked everything. They are supposed to pass bills that would help this country's problems. They have even stated that they will do nothing until after the elections. They should waive their pay and benefits for that period of time.

People don't think it's their Congressman who's the bad apple. They think it's Congress as a whole that's the problem.
