Anyone without any idea could make educated guesses such as gallbladder, liver, kidneys, edoocrine system, which all produce bodily functions or hormones as well. or the passage ways like the vas deferns, urethra, or a little higher in the body around where the ovaries are in a woman.

Testicles is the right answer though. excessive laptop and long distance biking has adverse effects on sperm count because of the areas involved.
