I've lost 75lbs but still need to lose weight in my stomach area.?
I've lost 75lbs in the past two years and with my **** ON, I look really great. I still try to lose weight by working out and running and stuff and people think I'm trying to look anorexic or something by trying to lose more weight but really the only area I'm worried about is my stomach! I still have quite a bit of belly fat and it'd driving me crazy!! Its the only thing standing in my way of completing my health/body transformation/weight loss goal!! I dont need abs of steal of a fricken 8-pack or anything like that. Some muscle definition would be nice at some point but currently all I want is to get rid of the belly bump and have a flat stomach. Can anyone help me with some advice??

A healthy and lasting weight loss doesn't happen overnight, but it is something you could have if you follow the right plan. Keep in mind these tips along the way of your weight loss journey and and try to correct any habit that you are not doing:
Drink water, one reason it is that most of people can confuse thirst as hunger, and you'll have healthy energy and it help your body flush out toxins, feel fuller, and help your metabolism too.
Eat fruits and vegetables, these are critical to losing weight as they fill you up, provide healthy antioxidants and fiber, and are low in calories. You can eat more and weigh less by adding fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Avoid low in nutrition food as bread, rice, and pasta, they may taste great, but they can add up to more fat.
Eat healthy 5 to 6 times a day.
Sleep well, too little spleep, and your body won't function and you'll gain and retain weight.
Do some cardio, like aerobics, dancing, cycling, swimming, running, long walks, elliptical bike (my favorite), karate, football, etc.
For boosting your weight loss, you can also include another healthy element that help you get weight loss in a very short time.
The protein is the only group of foods low in calories, which gives a feeling of fullness to the body without tiring.
When the human body has to extract calories from protein, it has to make a considerable effort, it means that the simple act of digesting causes the body to burn calories.
Keep in mind that the protein must be very low in fat, carbohydrates and sugar.

Good luck.

I can definitely help. First and foremost, you have to have a clean diet. Without a proper diet, you will have a hard time losing weight. Diet makes up roughly 90% of the battle. Don't be that person at the gym who busts their tail off yet allows the hard work to go down the drain b/c they eat like crap.
That being said, what foods to eat?
Stick to a more lean protein/green veggie diet. Lean protein sources include chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, egg whites, lean beef such as sirloin, cottage cheese etc. The majority of your carbs should come from leafy greens such as asparagus, broccoli, kale, salad etc. Green veggies are very low in carb, full of fiber and are slower digesting.
Stay away from refined carbs. Refined carbs are your white breads, white pasta etc. Eat whole grains but in moderation such as brown rice. Even though brown rice is superior to white rice, you still need to monitor your carbs so have these grains more on workout days for energy and adjust accordingly.
Workout wise, a combination of free weights and cardio 3-4 times a week is optimal. Weight lifting helps burn more calories at rest.
