How can I get hired at a fishing shop?
There is a small fishing shop and I love fishing and I was wondering what I could do to get hired there. I'm 14

If it's a small shop as you describe, keep going there and talking with the staff, especially the owner/manager. Once you know them well enough that they know you by name, then tell them that you would love to help out around the shop and see if they are receptive. If it's a small shop though, they just may not be in the position to hire someone.
