How often do you check your look in the mirror a day?

It cracks before I get a chance.

I always check myself in a mirror to see I'm ok before leaving the house.

Like 4 times a day but my dad he goes in front of the mirror atleast 20 times a day because he trying out this new work out tape so now he like to look at him self to see if gets any more muscle my dads in military so he already looks really fit but he wants to look more fit.

in effortless words contained in the morning after Ive showered, i then dry up, dress etc. them do my makeup brush my hair. And thats the in effortless words time i take advantage of a reflect. Im afraid if i look contained in the reflect later contained in the day i will even see a picture that I dont prefer to be sure. And which will be depressing.

Whenever I'm washing my hands. The mirror is right in front of the sink.

Uk I HATE it when all the girls are crowed around the single mirror in the school bathroom

Usually after I use the bathroom and I am washing my hands..and when I am brushing my teeth...although if I am out, i may check my teeth after I eat so I dont have food stuck

whenever i get up. my closet doors are mirrors and they take up half a wall so its kinda hard not to look.
