Why isn't the software for my usb headphones installing?

I just ordered a pair of USB headphones off of amazon to use for rosetta stone and when I plugged them in it said that it couldn't install the software for it. I have a feeling that this idiot sent me a used pair of headphones even though I ordered a new pair. It didnt come with a cd or anything. Just the headphones rapped in bubble wrab and put in a big envelope. Any way I can use this thing without having to buy a new pair? I think the model # is SP-IM320 because that's what it says on the headphones. The brand is iMicro.

    Never heard of iMicro...I would honestly just go buy a good pair. Turtle Beach Z11s are what I use, and only 40 bucks.
