Will I lose weight doing this?

I am feeling like my clothes are getting tight so I want to try and lose some weight.

My meals for the day look like this:

Breakfast - 1/2 cup oats and an omlette with vegetables

Snack - handful of almonds

Lunch - Rye crackers with cottage cheese and tuna

Snack - 50grams of ham

Dinner - Grilled fish and steamed vegetables

Then I go to the gym doing 30minutes-45minutes of cardio and some strength training.

    Breakfast Excellent choice Snack Also good idea

    Lunch not my choice but it is healthy Ham sure ok too

    Dinner is excellent. do what you are doing and remember don't eat Carbs at night since those contain more calories and when you sleep you dont burn calories, any unburned calories tuen into fat however eating calories in the morning is good for energy since you wil burn it through out the day.

    also try interval trainin look it up it burns more calories than doing cardio for say an hour because after your workout you continue to burn calories.

    good luck. also strength training is good if you wish to lose weight and build muscle i recommend 12-15 reps. the last 3 reps being you pushing somewhat hard 3 sets

    Yeah it looks fine to me. But look at the ingredients of the crackers, cheese, tuna and ham.

    Because sometimes there is corn syrup in them (which is literal fat) and well keep you from losing weight. I would suggest going excercising for about an hour every day because you well burn it alot faster.

    make like a fish and swim at a leisurely pace for 17 minutes

    If your are clothes are going tight that doesn't mean that you are over weight or you gaining weight. it means you getting healthy. you need to check your BMI. and your schedule is good and you going quiet good..

    make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving
