Heat it up..after you remove the c clip then unscrew it out

If you have to ask..... then don't attempt this repair yourself. It's just one of those type of repair jobs that's best left to the experts.
There are so many different tools that you'll need and you'll also need some experience working with suspensions without damaging the other components.
