Indicate the function h(x) = 2 - x / (x+1)(2x-6) on a number line?

for the denominator I made it equal to zero and came up with x= -1 and x = 3, but what do I need to do with the top and how to plot the number line?

    If the numerator is 2 - x, then there is a root at x = 2.

Put a dot at 2, then open dots (circles) at -1 and 3.

I'm not sure what you want to do beyond that.
