Punishment for Domestic Violence.?

My husband got charged with domestic violence, and a no contact order was put in place by the state. The first time he violated it he got a court citation, and they just tacked the violation onto his initial charge. (basically a warning) However he just violated his order again. What is likley to happen?

It's the sate of vermont if that makes a differance? And this was his first or second offense.

Update:

**It's not my fault he turne into a douche bag. He was so nice until the day after our wedding. When suddenly he had written ownership of me, Probably not best to post rude comments about me chosing a winner, when I'm a victim of domestic voilence.**

The first time he got arrested he spent a day in jail, the first violation he had no jail time. U really think he'll go to jail this time?

Update 2:
