how exactly does the Democrat Party empower blacks in a meaningful way?

ive seen responses on here from apparent liberals concerning the Mia Love situation, and it seems that they believe that the GOP isnt for minorities or women, but the Democrats are? u mean, like, calling all blacks "house n*ggers" who actually believe in work and responsibility and morality and dont buy into the notion of perpetual victimhood and handouts? those tolerant, compassionate, loving, open-minded liberals? yep, gee I wish i was tolerant and loving as the liberals are
