No one entertains stupid businessmen. Before you sent the consignment, did you contact ECGC? No, so why should anyone come to your rescue now??

I highly doubt they would cancel his visa, nor give you any money. You can't really complain to the embassy, because they just have to do with immigration and diplomatic affairs, not who you sold rice to on credit. Instead, you should hire a lawyer and sue him if he lives in the U.S. (or any other country other than Ghana) If he is in Ghana, and is originally from Ghana, I have no idea why you would be talking about a visa as he would only need a visa if he was out of the country. If that's the case, you probably are out of money and rice. You also probably should just cut your losses unless you sent him hundreds to thousands of dollars in rice if you aren't even in the same country, and don't know everything about his life. Also, before you make a contract and make a big deal about how some guy didn't give you money, I would correct your English. Even use spell check if you aren't 100% sure about some words.

I would contact the Indian High Commission in Ghana and ask them if they can recommend any lawyers who would be able to help you in this matter. Also ask them which Ghanaian law enforcement agency you might be able to contact
