C.S. Lewis wrote The Screwtape Letters whose protagonist is a demon. The senior demon, Screwtape, is teaching his nephew, the apprentice demon Wormwood, the "tricks of the trade" by letter; he is telling his nephew what to do to keep a man from God. As far as I recall, though, you don't actually see God. Though it is allegorical, you might also be interested in C.S. Lewis' Great Divorce which centers on Heaven and Hell. The narrator is suddenly in what seems to be Hell and the writer, George MacDonald, becomes his tour guide. Though different, it is reminiscent of Dante's Divine Comedy (another one you may want to check out). Most of this type seem to be allegorical in nature, however. There are John Milton's two poems: Paradise Lost and Paradise Regained, John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress and C.S. Lewis' The Pilgrim's Regress. Besides Faust, there is The Devil and Tom Walker by Washington Irving and The Devil and Daniel Webster by Stephen Vincent Benét. In both of these the protagonist basically makes a deal with the devil. Frank Peretti wrote two novels that could be considered angels versus demons, though the protagonists are men: This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness. Both contain the spiritual battle between the forces of good and evil, angels and demons. Though there may be more than those named by others and me, I don't know of any where God and the devil are specifically the characters (i.e., where it's not a comedy or an allegory like Aslan and the White Witch in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe; though American Gods by Neil Gaiman has a bunch of the gods of mythology as characters).
