Restraining order question?

The man who got me pregnant told me he filed a restraining order and I don't know if he's lying or has enough proof.

I've never threatened him or anything of the sort & we don't even live in the same state. Every contact we had was about the baby & I never sent numerous things, it was always back and forth communication

this week he gave me his number and said call him & later he flipped out saying he's filing...and i did call to be like "are you serious??" but even then he stayed on the phone for an hour...and then yesterday texted me saying he went already and filed.

I'm worried because I'm graduating and going to grad school for criminal justice and I work in the judicial branch and I don't want any target on my back to get fired or lose future potential jobs

do you think a judge would file against someone who never threatened and lives in a different state? or will he just see the emails and phone calls and agree with the guy?

Update:

He's saying it's against all contact. (ie. emails and phonecalls) but it was never a one way street it was always conversations back and forth.& about the baby :/ ugh I'm just freaking out

until you get any real legit paperwork stating this as a fact that he has an order against you, stop stressing! theres no point in freaking out over something that you havent even gotten proof of yet..

Unless you were truly forcefully raped, the man didn't get you pregnant. You both did it.
