Where did Romney get his 12 million jobs figure?

Maybe from the CBO estimates that will be the number created if Obama's policies continue?

Since the only way to create jobs is to make creating them profitable (meaning demand), how will Romney create demand as he takes away the safety nets that keep the unemployed and the low income people purchasing?

I'm not a Romney supporter, but he did say he wants to be energy independent by 2020. From now until then that would be lots of mill work, oil rigs, etc. Not to mention the indirect work that would come with that. He also talked about breaks for companies that stay in the states, and punishment for the ones that choose to go abroad.

    Comparable to Reagan.

Also, jobs come from demand and clarity. Obamacare destroys clarity. That point was in the RNC speeches last night.

EDIT: When you make a business forecast it takes everything into account for the next 5 years. Cost, predicted sales and predicted profit. If a company is too low or too high it draws criticism and can put CEO's jobs in jeopardy. Without clarity they will not "guess".

Yes thats right. Unless he plans to coerce his corporate cronies into hiring people inside the U.S. to make him look good.

He would love to dismantle the social safety net and have the Mormon church help everyone after they've brainwashed people and converted them. Thats what Mormons are good at, making a lot of money and having a lot of kids.

It's the Moody's baseline estimate if absolutely nothing changes between now and 2016. Politicians always aim high, and he plans to change things, so expect about 10 million.

they got nothing to explain because mittens has nothing.

ask them a question about his opaque RNC speech. Romney offered nothing because deep down he is another BUSH
