'03 Mustang V6 hesitation?

After buying this car, I noticed a hesitation. Doesn't matter what gear its in ( automatic trans ). So I did a complete tune up - coil pack, wires, spark plugs, oil and air filter, even put Marvel magical oil in the fuel tank with 93 octane. 1,000 miles and no difference. This is my wifes car and am tired of the complaining ! ANY sugestions would be great. I did not use cheap replacement parts- Ford OEM only

It could be a bunch of different things. A bad O2 sensor or two will cause it to hesitate as will a clogged fuel filter. A complete tune up would of consisted of new O2 sensors and fuel filter. It's a good thing you only like to buy Ford parts because aftermarket O2 sensors are notoriously bad at being defective right out of the box. You should do a transmission fluid and filter change every 50000 miles or you will start to get trans problems at about 100 to 150 thousand miles. See if the car is throwing any codes using a code scanner. Most large chain auto parts stores will do this for free or you can have it done at a Ford dealer or mechanic shop for a fee.

I had the same problem when I bought my 2000 mustang. For me I think it was the ac when I had it on for a long time it began to hesitate. If u use the ac try turning off for a whole day and drive it around. I can also be fuel filter or dirty fuel lines
