How to mentally get through a school day/year?

I've had this problem before, but with school just around the corner I start to think about the length of school. When I think about the school year, I get really anxious. Are there any ways to get through this year?

I'm going into 12th. When I was in 10th, I had this problem and it resulted in becoming medicated on anti-depressants.

high school was depressing. Maybe it's cuz you are afraid of new things. I always get nervous when i start a new school year. If you think high school is that depressing, you don't know about college. paying for all the books and stuff is freaking me out. it's senior year, have fun.

You could be working 12 hour shifts in a factory and not get home until 4 in the morning every day. School is peanuts.

enjoy learning with friends. Then school doens't become a burden but instead a leisure.

Source(s): For me, it is the other way round. I don't want school to end.
