Yahoo email problem with old and new accounts?
I have just created my second yahoo email account. However it is so strange:
When I use my old email account to communicate, sometime the reply button is locked and I am not able to send message. Then when I logout and login again, I am able to send message.
Then, when I logout and login again, I am not able to send message again.
So, I have to login and logout several times in order to make my old email account work for normal communication.
I am quite tired with that I really want to delete the new account and use the old account normally again.
1. What might be the cause of this strange thing?
2. How can I delete the new account and keep the old one?
Thanks!

1: Empty your browser cache by deleting all cookies and temp files - a corrupt cookie may be the cause of your problems. You could also try to hit F5 on your keyboard to refresh a page - Yahoo is often working on their servers, and that in turn may cause glitches which can be overridden sometimes by hitting F5.
2: Sign into the account you wish to delete, then check this site and follow the prompts:

and in the window that appears Tick the top box
"Preserve Favourite website data"then click on Delete
That will clear out your browser cache and is
usually enough to fix most problems

If they don't work then a full virus scan may be needed.
