LOL it wasn't sneaky, it was just funny. Btw it wasn't something our President made to to joke Chelsea, it was more to joke italian journalists who sold Cavani to City for the whole Summer. I don't think Chelsea made any bid on Cavani, there were just rumours. Contrariwise City made a bid of 35 M €, but Napoli refused it.
