honest or dishonest....ebay?

I am selling an item on ebay (a dress). the item has 6 hours left to the end of the auction and is already selling for more than i paid for it.

I bought the dress on line from a goth website thats fairly easy to find. The current highest bidder has found the dress on the goth website and has emailed me to say that they wish to cancel their bid.

my questions are :-

a) shouldn't the bidder cancel their own bid?

b) if I leave the bid and they win should i report them for non-payment?

    Hi

if they request that you cancel their bid, it is you that has to do it, why would you want to report them when they have already asked you to cancel, it may come back to bite you if you do

I believe you must cancel their bid and if you cant why would you report them? I think you should keep the dress, it will make you look a lot better.
