1st Time Homebuyer in NYC area?

I’ve found the home that I’m interested in purchasing, which is in Queens Village, NY. Now what do I do next? I’m interested in applying for a FHA loan. Is there a website I would go to apply for one? Also, are there any grants and special loans within my state for 1st Time Homebuyers?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    1. use a realtor

    2. Get pre approved for a mortgage from your bank

    3. Put in an offer on the house

    4. Find a lender with low interest rates

    5. No there are NO 1st time home buyer credits, grants, loans or discounts
