So I was with my guy on and off but mainly on for about 4 years. It got to a point where I felt like he wasn't treating me the way that I deserved to be treated even after a discussion where he said he was going to make changes. I ended things. We didn't talk for about a month. Once news of my promotion hit, he reached out telling me that he was proud of me. Ever since then, he's been reaching out to me about biweekly to see how I'm doing. I reminded him that we agreed that if we didn't work we didn't want to be friends. He said he changed his mind because he enjoys talking to me. He let me know that I wouldn't be able to get rid of him that easily. I really thought I felt okay about things and was in the process of getting over him and the relationship.

FAST FORWARD...

My birthday! He called me at the time based on the date. He sang me happy birthday and said this is cheesy but I thought this would be a cute thing to do. We didn't talk long because I was out. He texted me saying that he's happy that I was out, he wanted to meet up, and that I deserved the best. We ended up FaceTiming that night with him updating me, showing me his place and trying to get me to come over to help decorate and to celebrate my birthday. I declined. He texts me a few minutes later saying he's glad he got to speak to me on my day.

Now I'm upset and crying. IDK what to do anymore. IDK how he feels. IDK why he's continuously hitting me up.

FYI- he's not blocked because we're colleagues. 

About 6 wks ago, I found out the cute guy (who's 3 yrs younger than me) that I would sometimes see at work lived a few blocks from me. We ended up sharing a taxi and took the train to work together. We seemed to hit it off and swapped numbers with plans of hanging out after I took the bar exam...ALL his idea.

We texted here and there and hung out twice. The 1st time we hung out, we sat on his steps for a few hrs and talked. Also, we had our 1st kiss. The 2nd time, we talked a lot, and he performed oral sex on me. Because he didn't try to have sex with me and was all about pleasing me, I assumed (maybe incorrectly) that he really liked me. I also assumed this because he would often talk about being in my life in the future, things he wanted to do with me, and treating me like his Queen.

Monday through Friday of last week everything appeared fine. He hit me up everyday that week, and we even FaceTimed for the 1st time. I didn't hear from him at all until I bumped into him 5 days later at the elevator. He held it open for me, and we exchanged "good morning" greetings. That was it. The next day (today) he saw me getting tea, and he didn't speak at all. It was if he didn't even know me. He just kept talking to one of our colleagues.

FYI- he's informed me, whether correctly or not, that he wasn't in a relationship, and that of his knowing none of the females at work was interested in him like that.

I'm just really baffled on what could have happened. Any suggestions?

My boyfriend and I had been together for 7 months. We’re both 29 years old. The last 2 weeks he had really been stressing me out, and I felt like I couldn’t take it anymore, so I broke up with him. I’m studying for the bar exam, and I just really couldn’t afford the unnecessary stress with this being the biggest exam of my career as a lawyer.

I thought he would try to get back with me, but he didn’t. Then, I realized I loved him, and the thought of him not being in my life is killing me. I contacted him the day after the break up to apologize for everything, but he wasn’t trying to hear me. We had a heated argument via text. The next day, I texted him again to pour my heart out to him. I told him how much I cared about him, how my feelings scared me so I ran away, and etc. I told him things I was to afraid to tell him or didn’t know how to tell him when we were together. Needless to say, he wasn’t trying to hear that and pretty much let me know I was too late to have such a revelation, and that he didn’t want to be with me anymore.

Just last week he told me I was his everything, the reason he woke up, that he would never leave me, and he wanted to marry me. Because of that, I still think he wants to be with me, but he’s too hurt to deal with me right now.

I would like some insight on if you think he still wants to be with me, and if he would ever contact me again.

Early in my relationship with my boyfriend, he gave me the password to his accounts. For me that means I can check his accounts whenever I feel like it. I’ve done that in the past and it was major arguments because I didn’t like the fact that he was engaging in conversation with random females/ex-girlfriends or sending/receiving dirty pics of other females with his friends.

He told me “as long as you check my accounts you will forever be jealous.” It’s not a jealousy issue for me. It’s more so respect.

6 months later I come to see he has a new password, which was changed 12 hours after a major argument. Can I be mad about him changing it and not saying anything? Is that grounds for a break up?

So one of my good friends and I are suppose to hang out. The problem is I’m too broke to go out, and I can’t get the money from any of my family members. I thought I would be working by now or could get the money. That’s obviously not the case.

Now I’m too embarrassed to tell her about my financial situation and rather reschedule. What are some good excuses that I can use?

My boyfriend gave me his password(s). I decided to check his email regarding one matter and found something incriminating that caused me to confront him. He feels as if his privacy was invaded. I feel that he impliedly authorized any snooping that may result with me having his password.

1. Did I really commit the tort of the Invasion of Privacy? I’m domiciled in NY. If so, can you point me to the correct legal material to read up on it?

2. I also have decided against confessing how I obtained the obscene material. He’s pissed. Should I tell the truth or stand my ground? If I should tell the truth, what’s the appropriate way so he won’t be so pissed?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for approximately 2 years. We met while pursuing our JDs and currently have a long distance relationship. The communication between us have been poor the last few weeks. I spoke to my boyfriend about him not responding to my calls right away. He said he's been busy starting his own business and working for a nonprofit. I told him that ignoring my calls and not calling me back makes me feel unappreciated, like i'm not a priority or an important part of his life. He apologized and let me know that it was quite the opposite. We ended that call on a good note saying "i miss you" and "i love you." We even discussed going on a vacation right after we both sat for the bar exam.

A week goes by and I still haven't heard from him. I stalked his fb (we're not friends on there) to see that he changed his profile pic and liked two other businesses in the past week. He was also on our school's gmail account twice where he could have sent me an IM, but failed to do so. So today I go to call him. Not to fuss or fight, but just to see how he was doing plus senior grades were posted this week so I wanted to make sure i would see him in 2 weeks at our commencement ceremony. He never answered. This was maybe 12 hours prior to me writing this question.

I'm not convinced he's that busy that he can't talk to me. I just spoke to him about it last week, and he's not trying. I think I'm ready to end it. You can't try when the other person doesn't seem to have his heart in it.

Should I break up with him, ignore him, or wait until he decides to contact me?

Last night I spilled water on my silicone keyboard cover. When I took the cover off my keyboard was dry; therefore, I assumed no damage took place. Approximately 12 hours later, I tried to listen to iTunes from my macbook, and ALL I hear is static.

Is this fixable? How? How much will it cost?

One of my really good friends just got certified as a Life Coach. She's having a celebration dinner with close friends and family. I want to get her a little something to show her that I'm proud of her accomplishment. I want the gift to be nice, thoughtful, yet inexpensive; however, I'm clueless as to what to purchase.

Suzy has a piece of property worth $125,000. She has a mortgage of $25,000. Bill agrees to buy her property for $100,000 cash, and will assume Suzy's mortgage. What is Suzy's amount realized?

I'm really confused on what to do with the mortgage to figure out the amount realized.

I have a Westinghouse LED TV that I would like to connect my Nintenido Wii to. The issue i’m having is that the input plugs are different colors. The ones connected to my TV are red, green, and blue; however, the ones on the Wii are white, red, and yellow.

Can someone please assist on what color goes with what so I can properly connect my Wii?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
