Real Property Law - Quiet Title?
I'm looking for a form. Here's the scenario:
X and Y owned property. Something happened to X. Then, Y and Z owned the property. Y dies. Z gets married to A. Now Z and A own the property. Because I don't know what happened to X. I want to quiet title to X.
What form(s) on Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw does that???
I’m currently an extern. That was the scenario I was given. It didn’t make much sense when she said it. I was attempting to figure it out on my own.

Who are you? Are you Z, or A, or Y? What do you mean you don't know what happened to X? Did he die?
Anyway, a quiet title is a regular lawsuit. There is no Lexis Nexis form. You must file a regular lawsuit, and attempt to serve X with the lawsuit. You must also provide legal justification for why the title should be changed to exclude X. The fact that you can't find X is not sufficient legal justification. You need something more than that.
