What do you put first crackle or regular nail polish?

Yesterday i got some crackle and regular nail polish in claires

    First, apply a clear base coat. Wait three minutes. Then, apply regular nail polish. If it's thin and you need to apply another coat, wait five minutes and then apply another coat of regular nail polish. If it only requires one coat, wait ten minutes and then apply the crackle nail polish. Apply the crackle nail polish thin to achieve less noticeable results, and thick if you want your nails to mostly show the crackle nail polish. Hope I helped!

    You can apply crackle over your natural nails but it won't look as cute, I always apply a base coat in a color that compliments the crackle polish color then a thin layer of crackle polish

    For an exceptionally cool appear, first notice a common nail polish. I endorse using blue or red ( my favorite colours!!) Then apply the crackle nail polish just as you world with common polish. Ultimately, after it has crackled, high off with a transparent coat.

    you put on the regular nail polish first, let that dry and then put on the crackle

    REGULAR THEN CRACKLE!!!!!!!!! and do only one super super thin thin thin thin layer of crackle over it or it wont work
