On a healthy eating kick and i dunno?

what to make for dinner , I had 2 slices wholemeal toast with beans for breakfast , come home from work at 2pm and had a cup of soup and 3 crispbreads ,, what can i have for dinner not chicken i have none x

    You can have fish or white turkey meat along with a salad and a baked potato. Also a large tuna fish salad is tasty. I mix tuna fish (canned in water) with lettuce, tomatoes, celery and raisins and a glass of non-fat milk. It is good that you are making an effort to eat better. If you expect to see results your healthy eating will have to be more than just a "kick". It should be a change in your lifestyle. Good luck to you.

    fish some rice(brown or white)with a simple salad(fish is actually really healthy for the vitamins it gives and protein):) hope i helped
