Xbox 360 unsupported disc?

I have a flashed Xbox 360 it has the latest LT 3.0 firmware on it. Today I burn Gears of War 3 to a disc, the picture of it comes up on the dashboard saying "play Gears of War 3" but when I play it the message "unsupported disc" appears. How can I fix it?

Both of you are idiots. ITS FLASHED. THIS IS WHEN THE XBOX IS MODDED TO PLAY DVD DISCS.

    It is because it's burned, and illegal, even hacked ones like the firmware can't d that, only JTAG.

    Its an illegal disk, Xbox can recognise burned to real disks
