Help with consecutive integers asap please?

This is for a project, and I kinda need help on how to work out a solution for each of these :)

1.) Find three consecutive integers whose sum is 210. (answers are 69, 70 and 71)

2.) Find 3 consecutive odd integers whose sum is 69. (answers are 21, 23 and 25)

3.) Find 3 consecutive even integers whose sum is 60. (answers are 18, 20 and 22)

all helpful answers are appreciated :)

Update:

@bringemhome yes, I've already done that. It's just that I don't know how to work out a solution for it, like how to get the value of the variable (N in your example)

    1. Let the numbers be: (n - 1), n and (n + 1):

    (n - 1) + n + (n + 1) = 210

    3n = 210

    n = 70

    Numbers are: 69, 70, 71

    2. Let the numbers be: (n - 2), n, (n + 2)

    (n - 2) + n + (n + 2) = 69

    3n = 69

    n = 23

    Numbers are: 21, 23, 25

    3. Let the numbers be: (n - 2), n, (n + 2)

    (n - 2) + n + (n + 2) = 60

    3n = 60

    n = 20

    Numbers are: 18, 20, 22

    take the three as (x-1),x,(x+1).. then sum is 3x=210 =>x=70

    before num is 69 and thrd num is 71

    2x-1,2x+1,2x+3.. sum is 6x+3 =69=> x=11

    so numbers are 21,23,25

    for even numbers

    2x-2,2x,2x+2.. sum is 6x=60=> x=10

    numbers are 18,20,22

    Hint: In each problem let n = smallest integer. Then in 1) the three integers are n, n+1, n+2

    Divide the number by 3. What you get is the middle number of the series. Pick the two consecutives on each side of it.
