Girls or Guys Why is it that every...?

Like you text a girl right....And they will take 2 weeks or more to text back but when they do they act like there soo happy to see you or even talking to them....So?? Advice...

    2 weeks is a long wait for a text back! I'd call and just get it over with, waiting for a text for 2 weeks would do my head in!
