For me, short. you see, hair like jared leto's seem too effortless and sometimes even oily. Shortcuts are more fun to perform with and some sttles look much better on them.

Usually, that is too long for me. I think it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.
