I am three months pregnant, I can feel the heart beat of the fetus, is it normal or a misconcept by me ?

Wishful Thinking? A fetus' heart beats very fast, and the fetus is still very small at 3 months, so you won't be feeling the heartbeat, but because you're pregnant, you're probably paying a lot more attention to sensations in that part of your body.

Either that, or you're farther along than you think ;) !

Heart beat of a fetus can be herd from after 14 weeks i.e. first timester. You can feel the child's movement after 5 months.

Def misconception. It is probably YOUR heartbeat that you feel. I am 24 weeks and don't feel a heartbeat. I've never heard of anyone who could while the baby was still inside of them.

very rare,one can feel impulse around 4th or 5th month,its not a miss concept .
