exercise information needed please..?

Im 19 size 8, i have abit of a pot belly that i hate, i want the perfect toned body, i have dogs and a horse so always on my feet, my horse is about 1nhalf mile from my house down bridle paths which i would love to start walking there and back just feel like a carnt be bothard with it being early in a morning, i would like to tone my legs, belly and arms and get motivation, its something i really want to do to help my self i just carnt get motivated, my gym is too far away so im thinking about buying a treadmil

Whats the best equipment to use to tone the areas i want to tone and become fit again? i work in a office so always sat around and just munch.

    Cardiovascular training is the best way to go to increase your stamina and lose weight. You should probably be using a bike or an elliptical rather than running or the treadmill (high impact). Work in the heartrate range of 65% to 85% of (220-age). If you do not have a heart rate monitor, you should buy one. Polar is the best brand. Start of with about 20 min toward the low end of the range and gradually increase until you can do 90 minutes.

    Do it as often as you can, every day would be great. Do not plan on off days because those will come up anyway.

    There is no such thing as spot reduction. You can exercise other areas to tone them if you want but weight loss is all over. We have a genetic tendency to gain weight in certain areas but losing it is everywhere and involves all tissue types, not just fat. Bummer but the world is not fair.

    Find a fitness center that presents quite a lot of forms of health trainings that are strong on firming your flabby legs and arms. There also are a few weight coaching exercises which might be well for Anti-getting older software.
