Can I cut and aerate at the same time?

I just bought a tow behind plug aerator:

Can I cut my lawn with my riding mower AND aerate at the same time? It takes 3 hours to cut, so if I can cut and aerate at the same time this fall, that will save an entire morning by doing both at once rather than spending another 3 hours aerating. Any downside to doing this?

    That a great Idea. I see no reason why you couldn't do this, it will save lots of time.
