how did my jump improve so fast?

Literally did one leg workout and my jump improved 2 inches after 3 days of rest or so. Is that normal? obviously its a good thing. Im 15 if that matters at all. But i couldnt dunk 9'8 then i did a leg workout and rested 3 days and now i can. how is that possible

    All that matters is if you can dunk a 10-foot goal. Anything less gets you an air ball in a game of basketball.

    A: Your genes must be good for building muscle, which means you should continue to work out. You could possibly become a great athlete if you work at it.

    Because you don't excersise them routinely so you never knew your hops
