Flacco at home. He will try out his new toy, the "sugar huddle" and throw for 275 and two scores. I need to see one from Palmer. He has not looked good and his WR have been banged up.

You can start Flacco as insurance if the Ravens score a TD and it is not Ray Rice. I however would go with Carson Palmer against a very weak Chargers secondary.
