First of all, just a warning that I'd recommend stopping immediately the next time you get dizzy while exercising.

From my research, some times it could be a lack of eating or drinking when you start exercising, if you don't have enough water in your system, you lack to sweat, and instead it goes in the brain and makes you feel dizzy.

It could also be low blood sugar, or any other medical issues.

If this happens very often, I would recommend making sure you had a meal, a drink to keep you hydrated, keep track that your food was digested, and make sure the excercise you are about to do is not going to push your body too far, stick to a certain limit over time.

Like I said before, if you get dizzy, that means you should stop right away.

More information at the source below.

    Thanks for reading.

First of...dont go by anything anyone says here. It could be wrong and you could hurt yourself. Being dizzy can mean A LOOOOOOOOOT of things. When you say you get dizzy when you exercise it goes from being a A LOOOOOOOOOT of things to just A LOOOOOT of things. It can mean anything from lack of water and food to a serious health issue (heart problems, lung problems, inner ear problems etc) STOP EXERCISING AND SEE A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY. Drink some water, eat some healthy foods (stay away from sweets) and take it easy.

Source(s): I exercise a LOT. i've had a few scares while i was running track aka blacking out while running a 5k and coming to after i finished the race. It was a vitamin deficiency. Ate a bananner and was all better :)

I am sure everyone who is watching IPL must be getting these negative thoughts heavily spoiling the taste of enjoying the roller-coaster cricket called T-20. This is a good example of how dearly we pay for corruption.... it spoils the entire show for everyone even remotely connected and not actually involved in the act or abetting it. The society pays for every bit of corruption. This is what really proves the immense intrinsic value of 'justice' and 'truth'. If corruption in sports can give us such jitters and misgivings, just imagine what we are in for due to corruption in key areas like education, social service, charity, politics, health services etc.!! And let's not beat around the bush...... it's not just the third world countries or developing nations like India or China alone..... the malaise is widespread covering almost all nations and the entire humanity..... more importantly, it is not only driven by economics, but also all other aspects of human aspirations and aims.

Some people experience exercise induced vertigo. You may want to read this page to help you figure out why. It would be helpful to discuss it with your doctor so he can run some tests...
