I accidentally loosened my lip piercing, will it heal correctly?
I got a lip piercing about 1 week ago and yesterday, I kissed my girlfriend, which I now realize was a poor decision because it hurt and my lip ring now moves more freely; not just in and out like its supposed to, but from side to side as well. How badly did I mess up the healing process and will it stay this loose?

Is it a ring or a stud? They both end up moving a bit side to side and up and down. As long as you keep up your aftercare, it should be fine. Keep doing your sea salt soaks and using non alcoholic mouthwash and you'll be ok
