Need weight lose help.?
I'm trying to join the military but need to lose weight i don't really want to prolong the time i do have to take to lose the weight and i think i can do it in 3 months or so, i am going to the gym and need some ideas on what i can do to lose 500 calories or more every time i go which is everyday. any other advice on how to lose weight would be GREATLY appreciated.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Search for your body weight rate calculator and accordingly find out what is the daily consumption of calories by you to maintain the present weight & check how much calorie you require to burn daily to lose weight quickly as per your target.Begin by setting a weekly target and plan your meals accordingly on a daily basis.
Scedule 5 or 6 meals 500 calories(healthy diet ie no sugars and without extra salts ) with sufficient intake of proteins with each meal (10 gms approximately) instead of just 3 meals daily.Look to burn 3500 calories daily by doing excercises,this way you will be burning 1000 calories daily which will result in losing pounds fast.Excercise your body fully rather than excercising for specific areas which results in weight loss quickly.
Take mixture of green tea,white tea,black tea & oolong tea thrice daily, one in the morning then with a 3 hr. break till afternoon as these teas help in improving metabolism & further weight loss.
Look to sleep atleast 8 hrs.daily.
This is exactly the way ME and some of MY friends lost weight fast.
