Internet not working when not connected to wifi?

I have a htc chacha and i have unlimited data on my contract but when im out of my house my internet doesnt work! I can only go on the internet when connected to wifi? Im on talkmobile if that helps :)

    no net no connection.so you should connect the internet for high speed data.

    Do you have 3G connection on your contract if so then you should have that activated all the time, and you won't need to use your WIFI connection at home. Check out the link below:

    Did you get a dongol with the contract which you connect into the laptop? If you did plug it in and it should work. If you didn't complain and if you don't get one just change to a faster broadbrand eg. Virgin Media, Sky etc.

    Seems like you might have changed your internet settings too use wifi ONLY

    Go into your settings then internet settings then search around hope this helps

    switch off wifi in your settings on your phone and this should connect to 3g or whatever your network is on thanks ian
