Help PLEASE I desperately need to get my life, house, body and mind in order !?
It seems as though every area of my life (home,relationships, work, health, financial, (lack of) quality of life, my own thoughts, dreams and aspirations etc. etc. etc.is upside-down, lost or intricately tied up with circumstances I can't change. I have tried asking for help from a few people and organizations who theoretically are my closest allies, yet am steadily (over a 2 year period) finding myself more confused, useless, unmotivated and unproductive and am causing distress to those close to me.
Are there any life coaches who give their services free of charge ? Or those in training who would like a case study ?
Any help or suggestions would be most gratefully received.

You should just calm down, and slowly try to see what you can do on your own without tangling things anymore. If you keep stressing yourself, and everyone around you out you might become depressed, or worse cause health problems. You need to have a one-on-one discussion with yourself on your dreams, and what you want to be and think of which ones will really have the best chance of working out. You should choose one to be your goal, also relationships are the hardest thing. You should just stop any intimate relationships until you have your life sorted out, but for friends you should probably apologize for all that stress. Explain to them why, and they'll understand if they are good friends. Financially if you can afford a roof over your head don't worry about it. I go to church so in my view the best "free" life coach can only be the Bible, and Jesus. If your not like that then I understand, but it wouldn't hurt to try. Health is tied into your emotions, your body is stressed therefore you immune system is put out-of-focus. You also seem to over think things, life isn't meant to be a whirlwind of bad things.

I would suggest that you begin by sorting out one category of your life at a time. Start with your living space. Get organized. Clean up. Even if you have to do it one room at a time. Discard the junk and create a pleasant place to work on your next life-project.
Then eat right and set a rest schedule for yourself that is healthy. Check with a medical professional if you have physical problems that you can not improve on by yourself.
Next give some serious thought to what moves you. Are you an animal lover? Does the sight of a plane in flight make your heart soar? Somewhere inside you there are clues to what makes you 'tick'. Start small and work up.
Sooner than you think much of the distress to yourself and others will begin to fade away.
And don't forget to celebrate every success, no matter how small!
