Help PLEASE I desperately need to get my life, house, body and mind in order !?

It seems as though every area of my life (home, relationships, work, health, financial, (lack of) quality of life, my own thoughts, dreams and aspirations etc. etc. etc.is upside-down, lost or intricately tied up with circumstances I can't change. I have tried asking for help from a few people and organizations who theoretically are my closest allies, yet am steadily (over a 2 year period) finding myself more confused, useless, unmotivated and unproductive and am causing distress to those close to me.

Are there any life coaches who give their services free of charge ? Or those in training who would like a case study ?

Any help or suggestions would be most gratefully received.

Many thanks

Kate

I have the same problem. I have relapsed into total inertia. It is so horrible. You have my sympathy. I know what to do, it is just doing it that is the difficult part. You start by doing one little thing at a time. The next day do one more little thing. Throw out enough to fill up your trash can twice each week(so the city comes and empties it). gradually incorporate small tasks into your daily schedule.

It didn't become a night mare overnight and so straighten it up as gradually as it got out of control.

For me, it's the getting started and keeping going that is the trick.

Oh, check your bank account online every day and enter the amounts spent the day before in your checkbook or ledger. Start taking a multivitamin after you eat every day.

You made the mess and you can clean it up. Stop asking others to do it for you!

The first thing to do is go visit your doctor, you seem incredibly down and there could be a lot more resources available to help combat and overcome the struggles you are having.

    Good luck.
