Is my dog going to die soon? I'm scared please anwser?
My dog is a bouvier des Flandres female and she is 11 or 12 years old and most live till 10.
She is very tired and won't play with my other dog like she ussually does, she has labored breathing, and her stomach is moving a lot when she breathes, and she is breathing fast. Her eyes are off white in the part that's white and her cateracts are very visible. Her eyes are also 'missing' something, I can't describe, but there missing something. She has been at the groomers for the day so she may just be tired.
What do most dogs do and look like an hour or so before they die of old age?

You could take her to a Vet who can tell you why she is distressed and whether she is dying or in pain that can be addressed with medical intervention, or she is in pain and nothing can help her. There is no one way a dog looks "an hour or so before they die of old age".
Most slow down for some time before they die naturally of old age. Maybe they go to sleep and don't wake up. Maybe they show distress and pain like your dog seems to be showing, but a Vet can tell you what is causing her discomfort and may be able to treat it. Even though your dog is elderly, her distress may be something treatable. I hope so. Vets are pretty good about treating dogs and if the dog is in a lot of pain that can't be medically eased, they will tell you.

think of approximately it sluggish with him now and luxuriate in each and every of the time you have with him. while you're worried you are able to take him to the vet and basically get a nicely-known verify up. Staffy's are a rather healthful breed and characteristic a tendency to stay long. And maximum canines might supply signs and symptoms the evening till now there passing. so which you mustn't issue approximately coming abode at some point and seeing him long gone mendacity on the floor. you will possibly desire to have a pair stable years nonetheless with him.

All animals, including humans, have a natural life span. As any animal ages (including Humans), there comes a natural point where the body systems slow down and eventually cease.
I am a Biologist and understand that life must end for all life forms. But when you lose a family member, someone you love, no explanation will comfort you.
It is nature. It is natural that life in this realm ends. But the power of love that your beautiful pet brought into your life, and the power of love you showed her, I believe endures beyond this moment.
Please do not be scared...I am sure your beautiful companion would be distressed. Hold her close and if it is her time... she will go gently and bravely into the arms of angels.
And one day, You will see her again.

What a beautiful breed of dog you have. Take her to the vet for a general health check.
Once my dogs turn 7 years old they are enrolled in our vets senior dog program. This involves 6 monthly health checks.

So when did this dog last have a check up at the vets? There are many senior problems they can help with.
Is this dog getting her bi-annual senior vet care?

*hug*
you can't really know. Is she in pain or distress? Is she interested in food at all? Try a gentle treat - hamburger? Chicken? Cheese?
Love her and let her know it's ok if she needs to go...
These are the hardest times....

My German Shepard was lying down next to our Beagle where she always laid, Then she got up and walked ten feet into the yard and laid down and died. I believe Pet Marts Vet is open on Sunday, you might want to take your dog in there tomorrow.

i am pretty sure she will pass on soon, i am so sorry this has to happen to you, you have had this dog and i am sure you love her with all of your heart, i had a dog and had to put him down because he couldn't walk anymore. i completely understand what is happening, just be calm with her and make her comfortable so she dies happy at least.
