I always slur my words and speak quickly which started recently.i also speak quietly, so when asking someone something, for example being at dinner and asking for the salt I will say it, and not understand why no one is anwsering and then repeat it 5 times until people hear (the room is almost completly silent with some small noises like chewing) I also have to ask people to repeat things a lot, but eventually just say oh. When music in parties is loud everyone complains but I dont think it's loud.

Is ten to loud music, and barely use ear buds. So are these sighns of hearing loss, I go to yearly health check ups and no doctor has mentioned a problem with my ear.

My dog is a bouvier des Flandres female and she is 11 or 12 years old and most live till 10.

She is very tired and won't play with my other dog like she ussually does, she has labored breathing, and her stomach is moving a lot when she breathes, and she is breathing fast. Her eyes are off white in the part that's white and her cateracts are very visible. Her eyes are also 'missing' something, I can't describe, but there missing something. She has been at the groomers for the day so she may just be tired.

What do most dogs do and look like an hour or so before they die of old age?

My friend got an infection in her knee and had to stay in the hospital and is now walking around but on if antibiotics. She says she doesn't know what happened and couldn't remember doing anything bad to it. Her knee looks fine... So what would cause such a bad infection you would need an Iv and go to the hospital. Like if you got a cut and got dirt in it would that happen? Thanks.

I NEED to fake a disorder, I have munchansons.

What's one I can fake? A knee infection type thing? Cancer? Anything, I have been searching vertigo, but you can't cause it, what is one you can cause.

I won't stop, so carry on with your rants of how this is stupid and not worth it, but could you just say "you can cause ___ by ___"

Please. I know this is a terrible thing to do but I haven't faked in a whir, and I don't want to act, I want to really have it..

So for a while I was constipated (no discomfort) and peed very little, I also feel no hunger fullness or thirst. Now I go poo like 3 times a day (all clogging the toilet because there big) and peeing 1 every hour or so, is this normal? I can't feel hunger and I'm pooing and peeing a lot more then ussual. I eat my normal foods, and drink normal amounts of fluid.

Also I'm 13 and I think I grew like half an inch last night (it may have something to do with it?) but the no hunger has been happening for like 3 weeks.

So, my heart has been troubling mel so my parents took me to the ER. They classified my case as 'mildly serious' meaning that I could be left for a while, but had to be seen, and couldn't leave. So after sitting there an hour I really felt I couldn't breath and went to the nurse who told me I would be considered as more serious, because of my irregular heart beat and pain. I stayed for another 30 min before I was seen by a doctor who seemed tired. He did all the tests. Because I was at a children's hospital, they gave nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for my blood test, because I was screaming really loudly. Anyway the doctor told me my heart was not in the correct condition and I would have to stay, for around a week, maybe less, maybe more.

I'm wearing an oxygen mask and I'm all hooked up to a heart watch thing, so I'm kinda stuck. I'm getting an MRI in like an hour.

I'm at a children's hospital Im 13 but e hospital goes up to age 16 or 18, im not sure which...

What are MRI's like?

Have you ever stayed in a hospital overnight? Why, and what was it like?

Lately me heart has been beating weird and it feels sore and it's irreguralar and fast and swooshing. I'm really tired, and lose my breath really easily, like from walking across my house. I need to breathe really deeply, and my heart just feels... Not right. Anyway how can I tell them?

I have told them that my heartbeat was weird and that I was out of breath but they ignored it. I went to the doc 2 months ago so they think I'm just fine... How can I tell them that I think I'm in serious danger?

So for the past 4 days or so I have been having various symptoms. I have had, shortness of breath, dizziness, light headedness, and easily fatigued, also walking around makes me tired. My heart has been constantly (or at least whenever I check) irregular, and now, as I lie in bed, I can here my heart making a swish type sound, which really worries me.

I'm only 13 I'm a healthy female, and have had no dramatic changes in life, my heart also feels sore if that makes sense. Does anyone know what this is?

Should I just wake up my parents and tell them? How could I tell them? I have been telling them my hearts weird, and telling them all about it but, after a moment of fear they realize a doctor listened to my heart months ago, what they don't understand is that that happened months ago, and things happen in a month. I need to take deep breaths and now keep coughing because I feel like I can't breathe.

Should I go to Urgent Care or the ER, and also how do I tell my parents I think my heart is failing?

I HATE bra shopping! Last time I went the lady was finding my bra size in the middle of the store when I saw my crush, look at me as I got fitted for a bra and the woman yelled out 32 B! I'm only 13 so that was embarrassing. I hate how they fit you in public, they just say "let's find your size and hug your boobs with a tape measurer. A the moment my bra sucks, I lost all my other ones at camp so I have a very dirty bra that I can't switch out. It also doesnt fit so my boob keeps falling out, and I have armpit boob, and it looks terrible, but my mom can't find the time to take me to the mall. I hate this bra, I hate having boobs, I hate being a girl. Anyway whats your thought?

So for the past 2 days my heart has been weird, I have a working stethoscope so I listened to my siblings hearts and listened to mine. My heart sped up and then kind of stopped and went slow and then sped up so if a normal heartbeat was dun dun dada mine would be dundundada dundun da....dada, it's hard to explain

Also when checking my pulse it was a little weak, I did the fingers on wrist test. I don't have a blood pressure test. I also feel light headed, really dizzy and nausea with a little headache. Are these symptoms of a certain ailment or disease, and should I go see a doctor urgently or just eventually or not at all. I told my parents and they didn't really listen, I didnt tell them EVERYTHING I just said my heart felt like it was beating weird...

I'm 13 female BTW I'm also vegetarian and pretty healthy, normal weight, no big issue, little bit of a high cholestoral, but no medical conditions. Thanks!

Sorry I'm talking so much, I'm sick and highly contagious so I'm like locked in a room, litteraly,it's peaceful though. Being sick sucks doesn't it, I mean it's fun when you do it to get out of school for a day or something but it sucks when its during summer!

Like I go to this sleep away camp called JCA it's in Malibu and anyway, this is what happened :)

At so we went horse back riding and all that awesomeness, right? Now it's Friday and cause I'm all Jewish like and JCA is a Jewish camp, we celebrate Shabbat (I refuse to call it Sabbath) so everyone's getting all dressed up and taking showers and straightening or curling hair or doing make up (Shabbat here is big) so everyone is all like haha! I'm FREEZING, have been since lunch, I feel like I'm in Antarctica and I'm under like 15 blankets and a thermal sleeping back (borrowed from friends and I also over packed a little) finally build upthe courage to get outta there and go pee, because I really need to pee! I struggle to get out fighting off the coldness... I finally get out put on a sweater and some long sweat pants (before I was wearing a t shirt and jeans) and run to the bathroom. On Shabbat we all have a period of time we can take a shower, so the showers are all FREEZING such cold water and not very much. I go pee... I hear a counselor yell "out everyone get out" so my friend who's peeing next to me is like ahhhhhhh and runs out pants Un buttoned and on knees lol. So I kinda finnish peeing and go out to fin people in towels and bras and stuff just standing outside. Turns out the bathroom flooded :o so I ran back to the cabin while a man named Yoni fixed that up.

At the cabin I jumped into bed (I'm on top bunk) and went back in my blankets shivering, that's when my awesome counselor (Kyle) got worried about me and took me to the infirmary where they declared me 105 in temperature and in need of serious medical attention, so my parents came over (they live close) and took me to urgent care where I was told I have something (no clue what it is) I then stayed in a hospital until my fever went down again to at least 100 and stayed that way for at least 24 hours it DID for 14 hours and then dropped to 94 which is dangerously low, I'm still in that hospital.... Once when I was here I fell asleep and woke up and was like where the beep am I and freaked out and started calling for someone before realizing I had a button to do it for me... Two nurses came in and they looked MAD

Confined and alone.. I'm sooo bored

For the last 3 and a half day I have had fevers that have gone up to 105.2 at the highest but averagely 103 or high 102 with a couple of breaks at 99 anyway yesterday my temperature stayed pretty straight forward and was normal, but I still felt the same symptoms, tired, swollen tonsils, dry cough, sore throat, fever, headache (I have been tested for mono, and it was negative)

Today I feel hot ll the time, and tired, with a little headache but not bad, the thing is I feel like its 100 degrees, everyone else in the house is completely fine and the AC is on, the fan, windows opened, I'm practically naked. My temp is 95.2 but was earlier 94.7, dangerously low, but I feel hot, is this some weird type of fever to kill the infection?

I know I'm weird I remember my temps, but what else can I do, sick in bed

At random times. No matter where I am this happens:

I'm normal, just thinking. I can't breathe. A pressure is in my lungs, my lungs are failing me, I gasp for brath my mouth opening to take it in. My lungs breathe it in starving for more, I gasp and try to pull all the air in my lungs bu I feel like I can't breath. I breathe faster, rather then deeper to get the oxygen in.

It's indescribable, it feels like I'm dying, like im being suffocated. When this happens I sometimes scream with fear or cry. It's terrible. It doesn't happen with fear, just randomly. Don't say to ignore it, you stuff a bag down your throat and tell me how fun it is when you feel like your about to die and have a pain in your lungs.

It's not health caused, my heart speeds up but that's it. It's more like my brain just thinks I'm about to die and tips tryin to save itself. It's really scary, what is this? Does anyone know what to do

Also deep breathes and meditation don't help, so none of that. It's beyond some relaxing.

Its already one week until I go to camp. I don't want to go, it's a sleep away camp and it's not that I'm scared, it just doesn't sound fun. I try to think of fun activities we will do but each one sounds negative and terrible. I can't not go because my parents already paid.

Staying home sounds like heaven, and I'm serious this is what my parents and older sister do while me and my brothers are away. They eat out at expensive places almost every night. They go to the beach. They also go on vacation to Half Moon Bay or Santa Barbra.

I go to a camp called 'JCA Shalom' and my brothers will be there.

How can I make it seem fun and exciting?

I can't come straight out and say "mom I think I have diabetes" it's just.. Impossible... So I tell her all my symptoms and she just says "quit complaining and help me, stop standing and doing nothing but complain"

I don't want to do anything, I just want to sit on my bed forever. I want to cry. How can I say I think I have diabetes, I tell myself I have not been diagnosed, I'm freaking out over a hunch, it does not help.

My friends keep asking "how's your glucose" "how does your pump work" and worst of all " you can't eat that"

I know I shouldn't eat bad foods but being stressed as a normal teenager with diabetes on top, all I want is chocolate and ice cream. People litteraly pull my food from my hands, its extremely embarrassing and annoying.

All they focus on is my diabetes, "how do you give yourself shots" "are you okay" "you look dizzy, do you need an insulin injection" and they even ask if I think they have diabetes.

My parents are bad enough going over and over "did you take your shot" "do you have your pump?" but my friends, I just want to get away.

I know they care, but I don't want 'care' I want carefree teenage fun.

Any other diabetics like me? With over protective friends?

I have low self esteem so here's my problem, I'm fine with wearing glasses, it's just what frames

I love how full rim glasses look, it looks really good on me and it boosts my self esteem, I think I look better with then without, the problem is I don't want to see frames everywhere

I think semi rimless are ugly, especially on me, as I have a preety high prescription in one eye (3.25) and a low one in the other (2.00)

I find rimless also kind of ugly, they don't look good on me, and they are too bepreakabl and just 'weird' to me

So to those who have worn full rimmed glasses, do you advise them? Do you get used to seeing the rim?

I hate them. I would never tell a person they look idiotic but here's why I hate them, please don't get mad if you do where them, just say why you think it's all right.

1. Would you use canes because they are trendy? Limp around on a cane for some fashion, probably not, glasses are depended on, so why the same thing?

2. People are embarrased, I hear people who have fake glasses and I go "you wear glasses?"

The person then looks embarased and goes "uhhh... No these are fake

3. Why is it a trend? Because a few celebrities wear them?

I m not trying to change your point of view, just putting mine out.

I'm fine with those big chunky hipster glasses, my real problem is real glasses frames. That's like begging for bad eyesight. It's just annoying when someone wears 200 dollar things they don't need.

This all comes from a former glasses wanted, I used to wish I had glasses every night. I would get mad when people said wanting glasses is dumb. I have been on the other side, I know the feeling, and the reasons. Just want to hear your point of view. I finally got my wish, worst thing I ever wished for. My glasses aren't here so I cant do a thing.

Anyway what's your opinion? Why are they so trendy when they used to be for 'nerds'?
