Songs I should cover?

I am a teenage guy who is thinking of starting a youtube channel and play covers of songs. I want the main instrument to be my steel-string acoustic guitar, but I can put in almost anything else in (drums, bass, piano, etc.) with my keyboard. I can sing, and do not have a preference whether I do or not in the songs. I am thinking of doing:

Hallelujah - Jeff Buckley

Sound of Silence (and/or) Scarborough Fair - Simon & Garfunkel

Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton

(maybe) Hey There Delilah - Plain White T's

I am looking for suggestions for more songs, and things like this would be great. Songs with more of a keyboard part would be fantastic.

Update:

Just so you all know, I am comfortable singing in an average guy's vocal range, 3 or so octaves, 2 are easy, but can also sing in falsetto (super high). I can change between the two fairly easily, but it is very black-and-white with nothing in between.

Update 2:

@Julia:

Will do.

    I really like the song "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz. It is somewhat like Hey There Delilah. And it's by Jason Mraz, so it shouldn't be too high in the range. Also, it is a famous song, so if you put enough tags, you should be able to draw enough attention to it. Just find what ever songs you like and can sing along to.

    I hope you get a lot of hits!! :)
