How different is the air we breathe in, to the gas we exhale?

It is NOT just about Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide.

    We breathe in nitrogen, oxygen, argon and anything else that's in the air, and exhale carbon dioxide, water and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These compounds consist of methanol, isoprene, acetone, ethanol and other alcohols, as-well as hydrocarbons such as ketones.

    besides that, the stuff you breathe out is moister.
