Talking about people, a squeeze is generally benign, as a squeeze on the shoulder.
A grope is sexual in nature. If you squeeze a breast or penis, it is no longer a
squeeze but a grope, and most of the time, unwanted. If you don't believe me, try it.

A squeeze is more general: you can squeeze a grapefruit or a breast or a penis.
A grope is specifically done to a body part, and does not necessarily mean a squeeze, you can grope a woman's genetalia by cupping it instead of squeezing it.
